Professional Summary

John is in his 36th year of working for Colliers in 2025 and has been working in the Kitchener office (Waterloo Region) since August of 2000. His career began at Colliers in 1989 in the Mississauga offices where he worked in both office and industrial markets. John has represented many local and national films including Waste Management, Drive Products, Crosby Motors Polyfab, Desco, Corix, Land Sales, and Home Hardware (to name a few), who have used John’s knowledge to represent their real estate needs on a national scale.

Prior to arriving in the Region of Waterloo, John was the Director of Colliers International in Guadalajara, Mexico from January 1995 through until July of 2000. During this time, John worked with many international corporations helping them secure operations in Mexico, including Nike, Ford, RSP Manufacturing, Redwood Systems, USCO, BDT, Avnet, and Hershey. John has extensive experience dealing with multi-national companies and working with corporate mandates. John’s mantra is “patience, relationships and repeat business”.
